Leak Detection System - Zone Technology

Intelligent monitoring of multiple areas simultaneously

The zone detection system is a reliable and scalable solution that enables monitoring liquid leaks divided into independent alarm zones. Each zone is an autonomous detection area assigned to a specific section of the installation, room, or floor. If a threat is detected, the user receives clear information about the zone where the leak occurred, enabling a rapid response.

The system uses ANDEL HLD and FL24/X control panels, which offer:

  • Support for up to 128 (HLD) or 24 (FL24/X) independent zones,
  • Separate alarm relays for each zone,
  • Possibility to adjust the detection sensitivity in each zone (25 kΩ – 500 kΩ),
  • Event history recording (up to 1000 entries),
  • Cooperation with the BMS system and support for Modbus TCP/IP communication,
  • Self-testing of the system and monitoring of the correct operation of sensors.


Each zone operates completely independently – a failure or leak in one zone does not affect the operation of the others. Zone sensors (e.g., M1 sensors) detect the presence of liquids along the entire length of the detection area.


The zone solution is ideal where it is necessary to control multiple locations simultaneously, e.g. on different levels of a building, along pipelines, under technical floors or in technological spaces.
