Reinforced concrete foundations and structures
Reinforced concrete packages implemented within the CSA (civil, structural and architectural) scopes – foundations and prefabricated reinforced concrete elements designed with constructability, required tolerances and safe assembly in mind.
We design, supply, and construct reinforced concrete packages for industrial, warehouse, and mission-critical projects. Our services include both monolithic works and prefabricated reinforced concrete elements, delivered as a standalone package under a CSA (civil, structural, and architectural) contract or, for selected industrial projects, as part of a broader Design & Build/general contracting agreement.
We plan the project around key construction considerations: load transfer paths, fixture and anchor coordination, staking, tolerances, lifting points, and work sequences. We coordinate interfaces with the steel structure and MEP early on, including openings, sleeves, plinths, equipment bases, and service routes to minimize rework and ensure predictable installation.
Typical scope includes:
- foundations, footings, plinths and reinforced concrete bases for devices and installations
- wet-cast girder structures prefabricated elements, including walls, beams and slabs, as specified
- detailing of reinforcement and coordination of embedded elements and anchors
- formwork, concreting and concrete curing in accordance with the specification requirements
- quality and quality control documentation, acceptance points and handover documentation, including as-built documentation and certificates where required
We monitor quality and compliance with requirements through clearly defined acceptance points and documented quality and quality control procedures. We utilize prefabrication where it improves manufacturing tolerances, site safety, and project execution speed, supporting timely project execution in fast-track environments.
