General contracting

We provide both design and implementation, relying on our own engineering resources and proven experience as a general contractor.

This combination allows us to support selected projects end-to-end – from concept and detailed design, through procurement and on-site implementation, to commissioning and final handover.

Design & Build implementation, based on our own design resources and the experience of a general contractor. This combination allows us to support selected projects throughout the entire implementation cycle—from concept development and technical design, through procurement, on-site execution, and handover.

We align design decisions with construction feasibility and constraints early on, leveraging BIM coordination to manage the interface between civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) and MEP. Coordinated models, clash reviews, and orderly technical closure help resolve construction issues before they reach construction, reducing RFIs and the risk of late design changes. Where connections to existing infrastructure are necessary, we utilize 3D scanning and reverse engineering to confirm layouts and refine connection details.

Design documentation is created with execution in mind: it includes connection details, assembly sequences, required clearances for access and maintenance, lifting and logistics constraints, and acceptance and quality requirements. This ensures that production and construction teams work from the same, ready-to-use data, improving first-time quality and reducing rework.

On the execution side, we support procurement planning, package coordination, and work execution with clearly defined scope responsibilities and defined handover requirements. We manage work progress based on agreed-upon acceptance points and documentation packages consistent with project requirements, supporting timely completion in a fast-track environment. Where necessary, we can also support formal approval processes, construction management, and warranty obligations as part of the execution model.
