Data Centre
Coordinated implementation of CSA (civil, structural and architectural) and MEP with emphasis on steelwork
We provide coordinated CSA and MEP support for data center and industrial projects, delivered as integrated packages. We collaborate with general contractors and design teams, coordinating interfaces from engineering and BIM support to prefabrication, delivery, logistics, and on-site assembly, with clearly defined responsibilities for scope, work sequence, and acceptance requirements.
Our CSA (civil, structural, and architectural) scope includes primary and secondary steel structures, equipment supports and frames, access and maintenance components, technical ceilings, sandwich panel systems, partitions, and selected specialized construction packages. We prepare shop drawings and connection details, select protections according to project requirements—including corrosion protection and fire protection where required—and maintain quality and quality control documentation to support constructability, traceability, and efficient on-site installation.
MEP interface support focuses on areas that most frequently generate risk and rework: coordination of construction work associated with utilities, penetrations and openings, embedded plates, sleeves and markings, support structures for utilities and equipment, and details at the interfaces of walls, floors, ceilings, and panel systems. We coordinate the assembly sequence with the industry schedule, prepare interface records where required, and close details early to ensure MEP routes, access clearances, and maintenance areas remain feasible.
Fire Strategy Interface as part of the package: Where required by the project's fire strategy, we detail firebreaks and penetration seals using project-specified systems, such as Hilti or Promat. This also includes large-scale penetration and interface seals, implemented in accordance with agreed acceptance points and handover requirements.
Delivery Model: BIM-led coordination—supported by 3D scanning and reverse engineering where needed—to reduce clashes, improve constructability, minimize rework, and protect project deadlines on fast-track and mission-critical projects. Our approach is based on practical experience in on-site fabrication and execution, with strict control over logistics, lifting and assembly readiness, and the quality of on-site interfaces.
Typical deliverables include:
- coordinated drawings, models, and interface layouts at the CSA/MEP interface
- prefabrication packages, assembly instructions and documentation of quality and control points
- security specifications and certification, where applicable
- lists of culverts and openings and acceptance packages for interfaces
- as-built documentation in accordance with the handover requirements
