We provide coordinated CSA and MEP support for Data Centre projects and selected industrial investments, combining engineering support and BIM coordination with delivery, logistics and on-site assembly.


We are an engineering and construction firm managed by practitioners experienced in manufacturing, prefabrication, assembly, and execution. Early adoption of BIM improves interdisciplinary coordination, reduces conflicts, and supports efficient execution in fast-track and mission-critical environments.


Our scope includes conceptual support, technical development, delivery and assembly of steel structures, sandwich panel systems and selected specialist packages tailored to project requirements.


We supply and install steel structures, technical ceilings, mineral wool core sandwich panels, plasterboard partitions, and passive fire protection systems. We provide these services with a focus on safety, quality, and adherence to project deadlines.

In parallel to Data Center projects, we also implement selected industrial investments as a general contractor, using the Design & Build formula. In such projects, we utilize BIM coordination and reverse engineering where they truly support buildability, risk mitigation, and predictable execution.

CSA Support

We provide coordinated support across the full range of CSA (civil, structural and architectural) projects, helping to ensure safe and efficient progress on Data Centre projects.

We work closely with engineering teams at every stage, from design development to execution. Larget brings practical implementation solutions that support constructability, reduce execution risks, and help keep projects on schedule.

MEP support

Larget helps achieve integration in selected MEP disciplines during data center construction. We provide precise design, installation, and coordination of selected mechanical and electrical system components. We supply various types of drip trays with point-based glycol detection and in-line condensate and water leak detection. We install and position large-scale chillers, and we provide leak protection for server rooms.

Data Center facility maintenance and construction work

After handover, data center facilities continue to evolve—tenants change, power demands increase, and technical areas are adapted to new requirements. Data center maintenance and construction services support owners, developers, and tenants in repairs, replacements, and upgrades while the facility is operational. We plan work based on permits, access restrictions, and maintenance windows, leveraging our experience in data center implementation to safely implement changes without disrupting critical systems. From inventory and design support to delivery, logistics, and assembly, we deliver ready-to-install systems with documented QA/QC and clear handover to operational teams.

BIM

BIM is an integral element of Larget's approach to Data Center project delivery. From the earliest stages, it influences scope analysis, solution development, and interface coordination. Where necessary, we support this approach with 3D scanning and reverse engineering. This improves the feasibility of solutions, reduces risk at interdisciplinary interfaces, and supports the seamless integration of CSA (civil, structural, and architectural) and MEP scopes.

Steel structures

We provide custom-made steel structures made of stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel, supported by our own production facility and proven manufacturing partners where needed, in accordance with the PN-EN 1090 standard. Our scope also includes corrosion protection, including hot-dip galvanizing, powder coating, and spray painting, as well as fire protection where required. This ensures we deliver durable, safe, and well-suited structural solutions for demanding construction conditions.

General contractor

Our experience gained from selected projects conducted as general contractors allows us to view a project more broadly than just through the lens of a single work package. We understand how project coordination works in practice, how responsibilities are allocated between disciplines, and where risks to schedule, quality, and smooth implementation most often arise. This allows us to better plan the scope, more accurately identify cross-discipline interfaces, and more quickly resolve execution issues before the work enters the critical phase.
