Stainless steel structures

Stainless steel structures for aggressive environments.

We design, manufacture, and install acid-resistant stainless steel structures, selected for the intended medium, temperature, and exposure conditions. We also include alloys with molybdenum additions where higher resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion is required. Stainless steel's inherent resistance stems from a stable, passive chromium oxide layer, which helps maintain the material's durability in demanding industrial environments.

Scope and delivery items

Typical packages include primary and secondary stainless steel structures, equipment frames and supports, access components, and drip pans for leak control under pipelines, pumps, and process equipment. Drip pans can be fabricated with welded joints, profiled falls, and drain points where required, and supplied with surface finishes and acceptance requirements consistent with the project.

Quality and readiness for installation

We ensure material traceability and certification where required, clearly defined acceptance points, and documented quality control. We manufacture components according to specifications and prepare them for efficient on-site assembly, helping teams reduce rework, manage risks at interdisciplinary interfaces, and maintain deadlines on demanding projects.
