Your scope of responsibilities

• Independent organization of construction works and supervision within the scope assigned by the construction management
• Participation in creating and updating construction work schedules
• Participation in coordination and implementation of arrangements into current schedules
• Preparation of bills of quantities and support in cost estimation of individual scopes
• Preparing price inquiries for suppliers and contractors
• Control and settlement of subcontractors and construction documentation
• Participation in acceptance procedures, preparation of as-built documentation



Our requirements

• Higher technical education - construction
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of AutoCad and MS Office, especially EXCEL
• Knowledge of English at least at a communicative level (work in an international environment)
• Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment
• Independence and very good work organization
