Industrial floors
Industrial flooring designed for heavy-duty use – with evenness, joints and finishes built to specification to ensure reliable, everyday use.
We design and install reinforced concrete industrial floors for logistics, manufacturing, and other high-use facilities, designed for forklift traffic, high-bay storage, machinery operation, and daily heavy-duty use. Performance parameters are determined by the slab design, concrete mix selection, reinforcement, maintenance, and finishing, ensuring the floor remains durable under long-term static and dynamic loads.
We treat floor evenness and level as engineering requirements. We plan concreting and control tolerances to support safe internal transport, predictable routes, and efficient warehouse operations. We design and install expansion joints to minimize the risk of cracking, chipping, and premature wear.
We select finishes based on the facility's operating profile. Depending on the zone and load, the range may include hardened flooring, resin systems, and protective layers, selected for abrasion and impact resistance, and ease of cleaning.
We conduct implementation with quality control and technical supervision: material inspection, acceptance points, execution control, and documentation consistent with handover requirements. We plan the work sequence to support timely, fast-track project completion without compromising quality.
