Access platforms
Always designed with constraints in mind: we develop service platforms with safe access, required clearances, and the correct workflow in mind. Each solution is tailored to the actual equipment layout, access routes, and lifting constraints, then delivered as modular, ready-to-assemble kits with clearly defined safety features and a durable finish.
We design, manufacture, and install steel service platforms that provide safe and practical access to generators, electrical switchboards, and technical areas in data center and industrial projects. Each platform is designed with real-world site constraints in mind—available space, access routes, lifting and transport restrictions, and interdisciplinary interfaces—so that maintenance access, clearance requirements, and work sequences are properly addressed from the outset.
We design platforms based on required loads and intended use, and we build safety into the details: railings, toeboards, anti-slip surfaces, clearly defined access points, and durable connection solutions. Where required, we use antistatic walkways or materials to support safe work near sensitive electrical equipment. We select corrosion protection and finishes appropriate for the operating conditions—in technical rooms, outdoors, and in high-humidity environments—so that the platforms remain durable and require minimal maintenance.
We provide end-to-end implementation: from the building layout and interface refinement, with model verification where necessary, through prefabrication, protective measures, logistics, and on-site assembly, to documented quality control and handover information. Modular design allows for efficient assembly and easier future modifications as the equipment layout changes, helping to maintain execution discipline and adhere to project deadlines.
Typical scope includes:
- service platforms, jetties and maintenance structures
- stairs, ladders, balustrades and edge protection
- supports for equipment and local steel ties where required
- staking out, checking clearances and refining interfaces at the CSA (civil, structural and architectural) and MEP interfaces
- documented quality control, acceptance points and as-built documentation packages
