BIM coordination and implementation preparation
Technology supporting coordination
We see technology as a delivery tool—supporting coordination at the intersection of civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) and MEP, improving constructability, and reducing risk on site. We support project teams from early design development through prefabrication and assembly readiness, leveraging structured BIM processes and accurate construction data.
Tools and supplies
- 3D survey scanning (point cloud): accurate representation of the existing state for staking out, connections to existing elements and interface verification.
- BIM Coordination (Revit Autodesk environment): Coordinated models, clash management and issue tracking that help keep all project participants aligned.
- Reverse engineering: solving constraints resulting from the existing state and optimizing details where construction conditions differ from the design assumptions.
- Model-based detailing and simulation: verify feasibility, plan work sequences, and coordinate interfaces to reduce rework.
- Design calculations and production documentation: verified design solutions, connection details, production packages and assembly drawings compliant with formal requirements and quality and quality control requirements.
Effect:
fewer collisions, clearer interfaces and ready-to-install packages that support the timely completion of fast-track and mission-critical projects, while maintaining repeatable quality and documented handover.
