The scope of work includes:

- prefabrication, delivery and on-site assembly while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

Scope of work – MEP and CSA support:
- installation of air curtains between chillers;
- prefabrication of large drip trays under chillers;
- installation of internal drip trays under cooling systems;
- installation of vibration isolators;
- setting up refrigeration units.
As part of the CSA scope, we provided support in the design, prefabrication, delivery and assembly of steel platforms between the generator barriers, as well as in the implementation of accompanying works, including the installation of flood barriers.

The scope of work entrusted to us by the General Contractor, Mercury, was fully aligned with Larget's CSA & MEP Support business model. Our team designed, constructed, and delivered canopies and air curtains between the chillers, enhancing the aerodynamics and efficiency of the cooling system. Additional work included the supply of mesh cages in the transformer rooms, securing process ducts in the electrical switchboards, designing and delivering the switchboard enclosure, as well as steel structures, acoustic panels, and sandwich walls.

Hala Koszyki is a historic catering complex located in the heart of Warsaw, widely recognized as one of the leading business meeting venues.
As part of the project, Larget modernized the mezzanine in the central part of the facility, which allowed for an increase in the leasable area.
Due to the historic nature of the building, all work was carried out only at night, under the supervision of the conservator.
The scope included the expansion of the existing steel structure and the modification of telecommunications and ventilation installations.

Technical building for a food production plant.
Larget completed the comprehensive construction of a technical building located on the premises of a production plant belonging to an international corporation in the food sector. The scope of work included the construction of foundations, delivery, and assembly of the steel structure, facades, roofs, and entrance gates. Additionally, Larget installed the power supply and complete electrical installations, ensuring high reliability and operational safety of the technical infrastructure.

as General Contractor
Larget completed comprehensive interior work on this commercial building. The scope included the demolition and reconstruction of sections of the reinforced concrete ceiling slab, the installation of a steel structure, and the construction of temporary fireproof walls up to 14 meters high using the Promat system. A new reinforced concrete slab was also constructed above the existing store, expansion joints were sealed, and system-based floor expansion joints were installed. All work was carried out at night using specialized equipment, including spider cranes, ensuring the store's safe and uninterrupted operation.

Under the subcontracting agreement, Larget completed a comprehensive project including the development of design documentation, static calculations, delivery and assembly of steel frame structures for internal doors with EI60 fire resistance.
The scope of work included prefabrication and precise assembly of structural elements adapted to door leaves weighing from 90 to 150 kilograms, carried out in compliance with the highest quality and safety standards.

As part of the CSA package, Larget supported the General Contractor in façade works, delivery of additional steel elements and implementation of numerous operational tasks necessary for the timely completion of the project.
For mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations, the company supplied ABB transformer enclosures, COUL wall penetrations, and installed several hundred fire-rated openings in sandwich panels. All activities were coordinated to ensure adherence to the work schedule and compliance with the highest safety and quality standards.

As part of Phases 2 and 3 of the adaptation of existing halls in Warsaw, Larget completed a full CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) package. The scope of work included the design and delivery of secondary steel structures in the generator and data hall areas, the installation of sandwich panels, ventilation louvers, mesh walls, board reinforcements, and fire-rated plasterboard walls. Several hundred openings in existing and newly constructed walls were created and fire-sealed. The project also included the installation of internal mesh walls and separation zones on the roof between the chillers.

The project also included the design, delivery, and installation of internal drip trays located beneath the cooling units and process pipelines. Additionally, we supplied and installed mechanical solutions to prevent uncontrolled leakage of process fluids from the power generators, ensuring complete system safety and reliability.

As part of the Data Center project, Larget, acting as a subcontractor, supplied and installed drip tray systems in the electrical rooms, providing comprehensive support in design, prefabrication, and installation. All solutions were implemented in accordance with the proven CSA Support model, guaranteeing high quality, efficiency, and technical consistency. Additionally, Larget designed, supplied, and installed a DOG BOX steel structure package for the roof-level MEP installations.

The project was implemented in the Design & Build formula.
As part of the project, Larget developed full technical documentation and obtained all required administrative approvals in accordance with Polish construction law, which enabled the issuance of a construction permit for a storage yard for production components at one of Hutchinson's plants. The scope of work included the construction of a multi-layer substructure and a reinforced concrete slab equipped with a container guidance system. The project was completed with all required administrative decisions and final inspections.
Polsat TV
as a performer
Larget successfully completed a project to reinforce the helipad with a steel structure on the roof of the main building of Poland's largest private television station, located in the heart of Warsaw. The work was carried out at an altitude of 65 meters and with advanced safety measures in place.
As a result of the reinforcement, the roof of the facility can now accommodate aircraft with a maximum weight of up to 7 tonnes.
